Musculoskeletal problems can affect us all, regardless of age or gender, and are on hand to help you.

A team of experienced physiotherapists use a holistic approach to help your recovery, combining physiotherapy, fitness, and emotional wellbeing for long-term improvements. You’ll have access to a tailored rehabilitative exercise portal, which allows you to track your progress and recovery, working towards your desired goals. This service is available to you and your immediate family* Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm excluding bank holidays.

* These services are available to your spouse/partner.

How does it work?

Follow these simple steps to see a physiotherapist

  • 1Request the service

  • 2Provide a brief summary of your condition.

  • 3A physiotherapist will call you usually within 2 working days.

  • 4The session, of up to 45 minutes, is an in-depth assessment of your problem by a experienced physiotherapist.

  • 5Your Physiotherapist will work closely with you to support your recovery. If you require any further sessions or an onward referral to a specialist, your physiotherapist can promptly facilitate this process.

You can ask our doctors any questions about your health from the comfort of your own home.

This is not an emergency service and below are examples of conditions we cannot treat. If you are feeling severely unwell, we advise you to contact your local emergency services.
What we don't treat: Chest pain, shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, thoughts of suicide or self-harm, confusion, loss of consciousness, severe infection, severe pain, suspected stroke, seizures, pregnancy complications, high fever in unwell infant. This service isn't intended to replace your doctor or any health professional or to be used for ongoing care.
